Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and/or Intern

Career Opportunities Group is always accepting resumes for a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Intern and/or Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team!

 

When seeking an extraordinary applicant to join our team, we look for the following qualifications for a VRC Intern and/or VRC:

​

VRC Intern:

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree – Preferred in Psychology or Communications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Clean criminal background

• Valid driver’s license

• Superior customer serviceability

• Ability to type 50+ WPM

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Windows, and ability to quickly learn a new software program

• A positive can-do attitude!

• A desire to help Workers heal, recover and return to work

 

VRC:

 

• All of the above

• Certified Disability Management Specialist and/or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor credential.

• Two years of full-time experience in industrial insurance.
