Heather graduated from Washington State University with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology,  University of Washington with ESA Certification and Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Psychology.  Heather is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).  

 

Heather has been working as a Case Manager and Health Services Coordinator for Valley Medical Center/UW Medicine and COHE at Valley Medical Center of the Puget Sound for the past 20 years.  
 

Heather enjoys meeting and working with workers, medical providers, and employers.  Her goal is to assist all parties in moving forward through what can sometimes be a complex system to achieve a positive outcome.

 

Outside of work, Heather enjoys almost anything that involves being outdoors, trying new places to eat and explore.  She can often be spotted at a baseball field cheering on her husband and three sons.
