Molly Dalessandro, CDMS

Molly graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and Sociology. Following graduation, she joyfully served her community by dedicating her time to helping multiple organizations such as House of Neighborly Service, Disciples Ministry, Fort Collins Rescue Mission, and Boys and Girls Club.

Molly joined Career Opportunities Group in 2021 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Assistant intern where she was able to continue providing acts of service to workers in need and finds delight in fostering relationships with individuals while helping them through the workers' compensation process.

Molly earned her Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) certificate in 2024 and is now a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.
