Niki graduated from Lake Forest College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in Asian Studies and Legal Studies. Throughout her college career, she gained experience in congressional offices, advocacy initiatives, and community-based research, developing a strong foundation in communication, problem solving, and service to others.  

 

With a longstanding interest in public service, Niki is passionate about building meaningful connections and helping individuals navigate challenges and access the support they need. After returning to the Pacific Northwest from Chicago, she joined Career Opportunities Group Inc. to continue this commitment by supporting injured workers as they navigate their recovery and explore pathways toward returning to work.  

 

Outside of work, Niki enjoys discovering new coffee shops, reading books, baking and experimenting with new crafts.
